YAL FARRERAS

Director, photographer and active observer, born in Venezuela. She obtained her degree in Audiovisual Communication by University of Lima. She immersed herself in audiovisual world through documentary genre with her first short film "Lucho, no te olvido" film that won Best Documentary Short Film award at the Fecit. In recent years she has directed video clips for Peruvian artists such as Malucci and Marie. Video clips have been a platform that have allowed her to develop dream universes through narrative and visual proposal, as well as cross the line between reality and dreams. With a treatment of reality loaded with exaggeration, eccentricity and satire.
